Rajasegaran "Raj" A/L Munion

At Swagelok Singapore, we recognize our people as our greatest asset. In this associate spotlight, we invited our colleague, Raj, to share with us about who he is and what motivates him.

Raj is a familiar face in our Swagelok Singapore Office. He has been with the company for 8 years as an onsite service engineer and regional field engineer for the Singapore, Philippines, and Brunei markets. His responsibilities boil down to understanding the customers' needs and using his passion for engineering to provide them with technical solutions. 

Supporting our customers with their product inquiry or application solutions gives him a sense of satisfaction, which is also a reason why he enjoys working at Swagelok. One of his biggest achievements was assisting a customer in transforming a product analysis to an application solution, all while value adding to the customer's experience. As a field engineer, Raj is trained to solve complex problems. And at the heart of Swagelok, our values orientation plays out in everything from supply chain management to engineering, manufacturing, fulfillment, and sales and service.

In his personal life, Raj is known by his friends and family to be an introvert. But this has not deterred him from creating relationships with our customers. He enjoys listening to music during his free time and is currently learning how to play the guitar. You can also find him spending his weekends jungle trekking or on-climbing.  His bucket list includes bunjee jumping, doing motorsports, and exploring Europe.

Raj is an integral part of our team and is continuing to grow and expand his proficiency in the engineering field here at Swagelok Singapore.
