Since young, I have always been interested in how things worked, from building large model train tracks in my loft, to completing a full apartment renovation in my early teens. So engineering was an obvious and natural path for me. My career started with bespoke projects in the Oil and Gas Industry and continued through various roles where I found myself drawn to creating efficiencies, standardization and mentoring. I'm an advocate of 'challenging the norm' and this is what drives me as a leader to constantly improve and push for 'what's next' from myself and my team. This mindset is what led me to challenge myself and leave the UK to lead the engineering services team at Swagelok Singapore.
