Meet Chin Yee, one of our outstanding Customer Service Representatives at Swagelok Singapore! For the past three years, she has been a vital part of our team, consistently delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. Chin Yee handles customer inquiries, prepares quotations, and create lasting relationships with them. She has become a trusted resource for both our clients and colleagues!

What she loves most about her role is the challenge it brings—no two days are ever the same. In her role, she values the opportunity to develop transferrable skills like problem-solving and communication, which enhance her growth and make a meaningful impact in every interaction. With her extensive service industry experience, it's no surprise she possesses such great qualities.

Chin Yee is described as quiet, rational and responsible. But her nature doesn’t mean she’s reserved when it comes to her work; instead, she approaches every task with careful consideration and a strong sense of duty. She takes pleasure in planning events and ensuring every detail runs smoothly, which speaks to her responsible nature. Such traits make her a dependable and respected member of the team and also inspire her ambition to join a media production team, where she can work her magic behind the scenes. 

Like many of us, Chin Yee shares a love for exploring new dining spots and savouring a good cup of coffee. She also spends a lot of her time on weekends watching Chinese variety shows and dramas. Her bucket list includes exploring China and Europe, and learning to play the guitar – further showcasing her adventurous spirit and willingness to embrace new challenges.
