Course Objective
This course aims to provide trainees with a comprehensive understanding of Swagelok Orbital Welding System M200 machine that includes welding accessories such as fixture blocks, high production head 8HPH and welding purge panel. Understand how to address maintenance and trouble-shooting techniques to increase user awareness, efficiency and improve production.

- Setting up the M200 power supply
- Installing the Head Weld
- Setting up gas supply system
- Correct system set up and fixturing
- Generate weld programs
- Carry out weld evaluation and adjustment
Target Audience:
Welding Technicians or Engineers wishing to increase their knowledge of orbital welding specifically using Swagelok M200 equipment.
