Associate Spotlight - Lisa

Lisa Ong

In this feature, get to know Lisa, an essential member of our Engineering Services team. Lisa, one of our project engineers, focuses on managing projects under the semiconductor and general industry. She is also an integral part of our pre-sales team, responsible for handling proposals and quotations. Additionally, she also has a role in facilitating and ensuring a smooth operation for our cleanroom. Lisa finds her work especially rewarding when customers return after a successful project and take the time to express their appreciation for her efforts. 

Her enthusiasm for providing innovative solutions is truly commendable and reflects her commitment to delivering exceptional service. Lisa underwent a fluid system foundation training in June and is now a certified application engineer. These are one of the numerous actions we take to develop our talent and serve our customers better. 

As someone who prefers hands-on work, Lisa decided to pursue engineering in her studies which then led her on to this career path. Interestingly, she shares that if not for her engineering journey, she would have likely embraced a different path and become a Barista!

Friends and family describe Lisa as stubborn and loyal. This unique blend of determination and unwavering dedication is evident in both her professional and personal life. If she wasn’t at work, she tells us she enjoys staying home and spending weekends with her kids, indulging in their shared love for watching cartoons like Doraemon and Smurf. While she aspires to travel the world in the future, one of her exciting goals is to obtain a motorcycle license!
